Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop last December and was never able to get Windows Spotlight working. I didn't like the way I had done the initial setup of the computer so today I did a recovery from the recovery partition. After the recovery the only things I have done is remove McAfee and run Windows update until I was up to date. I then changed the lock screen from picture to Windows Spotlight. Still doesn't work. Is this a Windows problem or an HP problem?

I spoke too soon. Spotlight is working after all. The lock screen preview was still showing the old default but after signing out the picture did change. Ya-hoo!
