Dear Support,

Sometimes, my laptop suddenly stops working while i'm using it for unknown reasons. The mouse's cursor won't move neither I can type on the keyboard. Even, I can't press crtl + alt + delete. The only way is to long-press on the power button to turn off my laptop and turn it on back to continue my work.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Regards,

Bashar Abdo

Dear Support,

I'm waiting for a reply for my message.

Also, sometimes when I power on the laptop, the windows won't start for unknown reasons. The only way to re-start the windows is to long-press the power button and press it again to continue work on the laptop.

The attached file shows how the windows don't start up as usual. The screen stay as it is.
