Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, i am using windows 10 home on hp laptop. I can't download or install any updates and my Microsoft store doesn't work too. Windows update says "We couldn't connect to the update server". and my edge browser doesn't even open. What can I do? i am so disappointed.

 

Btw, my brother accidentally changed the time, region yesterday. then, the problem began i think. Though I corrected the time but the problem persists. Actually, my cousin sent me this laptop from USA 2 years ago. when i got it,  i didn't change the time it was pacific time (US &CANADA),  the region was also set to USA though i am in another country. But there was no problem. It got updates and everything worked fine.But yesterday after changing time I mean after setting my country time. it caaused above mentioned problem. then, immediately i reset the time,  region to US but nothing happened. i am also confused what time should i set!
