HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)

Hello, I want to downgrade from Win 11 to Win 10, but when i first got my laptop I tried installing Win 10, resulting in my drivers corrupting. Can I downgrade to Win 10 now, without my drivers corrupting again?

Hi:

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, so you will not find any W10 drivers for it.

You would have to hope that the W10 drivers from the older 15-d3000 model series will work on yours, and there is no guarantee that they will.

I don't know what you mean by trying to install W10--corrupted drivers.

If you get an error that no hard drives were found when installing W10, I can give you the solution for that problem.
