Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Windows automatically refreshes after several seconds. I have already run serbvices.msc and disabled Windows Error Reporting Services. But the problem still persists. How to stop it? Also there is another problem. My WiFi is not working. Windows try to fix the Ralink WiFi driver but fails it every time. How to overcome the issue?

Hello, if you have this problem since an update, or if you know when the problem has started, you can try to restore your PC to his previous state:

If you can't, I recommend to you use HP Support Assistant to update all your drivers, except the BIOS. You can install it here: 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95226.exe
