Hi @Amitkonch,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If your HP PC is stuck at or showing issues with Windows Boot Manager, here are a few steps you can follow:
1. Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the PC.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power and try turning it on again.
2. Access BIOS and Check Boot Order
- Turn on the PC and immediately press F10 repeatedly to enter BIOS.
- Go to the Boot tab and ensure the hard drive is listed as the first boot device.
- Press F9 to load defaults, then F10 to save and exit.
3. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
- Turn on the PC and press Esc repeatedly, then press F2.
- Run the Hard Drive Test and Memory Test.
- If the hard drive fails, it may need replacement.
4. Use Windows Recovery
- If you have a Windows 11 recovery USB:
- Boot from it and select Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Startup Repair.
- If not, you can create one using another PC from Microsoft’s official site.
5. Reinstall Windows (if needed)
- If startup repair fails and diagnostics pass, you may need to reinstall Windows.
- Use the HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support for HP-specific recovery.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
