Windows can't detect storage when installation cleans windows on my HP Laptop 15-fd0083wm (7L2C7UA)

I have an HP Laptop 15-fd0083wm (7L2C7UA) that i am trying to reinstall windows on on but the windows setup does not detect my laptop's storage each time i try to. I download various versions of the IRST package but they all seem not to work with the storage. Any help please?

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
