Hp Pavilion Notebookj
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I bought my notebook about a year ago and still got 10 month warranty. When I bought it the seller didnt included windows 10 cd and the product key. The question is, should the windows 10 cd /product key included when I first bought it ?

No, no more Windows CD (actually DVD from Windows 7 or so) comes with new machines. Your machine runs Windows 10 therefore you can creat DVD or other media yourself using

  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You can use media to install and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.

With the newer PCs, the product key is encoded into the UEFI firmware of the motherboard and is not something you can see directly.

However, if you download and run this utility, it will retrieve that key for you and even allow you to save the decoded key to a file: Showkey - Windows 10 Forums

Good Luck
