The windows 10 on my laptop has somehow gotten corrupted. The laptop is no longer under warranty. The windows is stuck in an infinite startup repair sequence and the startup doesnt go any further than the startup repair blue screen.
The problem arrised all of a sudden with no prior indication of any fault. I am not worried about any data that may be lost in fixinng the pc.
please provide me with the best suited solution.
Also, in case i need to reinstall windows how will i get access to the windows cd key that came installed on the machine?
thankyou

Hi:
You can reinstall W10 for free at any time by using the Media Creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You will be given the option of making a bootable USB flash drive, or save an ISO file which you can burn to a DVD using your PC's burn ISO option.
The software will work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS.
After W10 has completed installing, go to your notebook's support page to install the drivers and available software you need.
