Product: Hp pavilion p204tx

My laptop motherboard has been burnt, Now I have new laptop with DoS operating system, I want install my old laptop's genuine windows and activate it . I have system recovery cd drive and image file also for my burnt laptop, will it work in different laptop please help, how can I find my old laptop's genuine windows key from recovery cd drive

What is the Operating system ? For Windows 10 and Windows 8/8.1 you have to buy new license
