Hi,

 

I am not able to use windows hello face feature to sign-in my laptop since I purchased this HP Pavilion laptop.

it shows a message like  we couldn't find a compatible camera with windows hello face.

Please help me to sort out this issue.

Hi @Tegbir82 

 

You must indicate the laptop model, not all HP models have IR camera for windows hello face.
