HP Recommended

Hello, good evening! I'm thinking about buying an HP ProBook 440 G9 notebook, model A95K6LT, but it is only sold in Brazil with Windows 11 Home OS, which I won't be using. I'm a Linux user. How could I request a refund for the license after purchasing it? I must confirm that there is no similar model sold with Linux or even without an OS, which constitutes a tied sale under Brazilian law.
