I was on the Windows Insider Program and experienced a catastrophic failure of the operating system. I have had to reinstall Windows 10 with the result that I lost everything including the HP drivers. I have been trying get the screen resolution that I had before. Is there anywhere that I can find a set of the Pavilion 15 drivers that I can download and install?

You really should not be running ANY Insider Release on a PC that you depend on for functionality. While the Slow Ring is reasonably safe, it is still BETA code and has been known to crash PCs.
The Fast Ring is an Alpha and you are ASKING for trouble using it. I only use it on a Test PC that I do a full image backup of every week -- and I have had that PC crash three times in the last month due to faulty Insider releases.
