Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I am trying to get a copy of the oem disk so i can reinstall windows on my device. I had my hard drive fail on me and paid for a new one. I am just trying to finally get my laptop back up and running. I have an elitebook, I am at work right now but i am almost positive that it is an 8470P. Its kinda a thick laptop.

If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at this number and order a set of W7 recovery disks.

 

1-800-334-5144

 

 

Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.

 

A set should cost around $10 delivered via 1st class mail.
