Hi:

You should be able to create a bootable recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need to have access to another Windows PC for this purpose.

Thank you for replying the message. But what should i do now? I have lost both my system OS and my system recovery. Is there a way somehow get my OS and drivers back?

You're very welcome.

The recovery media you make with the cloud recovery utility is supposed to restore your notebook's hard drive to its 'out of the box' condition (W10, drivers and software that came with the PC installed).

Whether or not it recreates the recovery partition, that I do not know.

I haven't made any cloud recovery before so what should i do?

I followed the steps as the article said exactly and at the file downloaded 100% but then during extracting process i got message ' hp recovery failed to download image file' after waiting for so long....

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that error.

That is a problem with the file on HP's end.

I suggest you report the bug to the HP executive team at the link below.  Reference your specific notebook's model number/product number.

In the meantime, you can get your notebook up and running again by creating a bootable W10 USB installation drive using the Media creation tool at the link below.

As long as you install the version of W10 that originally came with your PC, you will not need to enter a product key.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
