Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have not used my laptop in 21/2 years.The windows search bar does not work when i drag the mouse arrow to it.Nor does the Windows icon work,and messages icon.When i push the key,they dont do any thing.Then little alert windows pop up saying it is not supported.Geek squad told me my laptop needs to be cleaned.I am not real tech savy.
