Windows troubleshooter has disappeared altogether, in all sections of Windows? #WIN10_DEBACLE_4EVA!

So all the troubleshooters are now unavailable, and this is the new look for that page of settings (see included screenshot) - no descriptions anymore, just identical icons that do nothing when clicked. With such a feeble notebook, which has to last me until I get a new job and has barely any storage or RAM, and has a few minor glitches occasionally, I don't want to keep trying to update to the latest version of Win 10 because it might end up doing some real damage, which would really put me in a bad spot whilst job hunting (I just use this PC for Office including email and streaming and web surfing, and it is vital I don't have it go out of commission or incur repair expenses whilst I am unemployed.

So.... should I just leave well enough alone and accept the loss of the troubleshooter and avoid updating any more until I can afford to have my machine commit suicide? Or can this be addressed without placing any risks of those kinds of outcomes coming to pass?

I have installed all the latest updates that I could with the HPO Support App, including latest BIOS and a couple of drivers that I needed, and the PC is noticeably performing a little better than it was prior to those updates, but I have had very few positive experiences with this poverty book and my intuition is saying to me that another attempt to update Windows could be pushing my luck....  Thoughts?

Finally - can we all agree that selling any computer with only a 32GB HDD is just plain negligent and uninspired? Would a car maker install a 5-litre fuel tank or put in headlamps that only lasted a week? Such a small amount of storage is nearly catastrophic in terms of the limitations it places on what can be done with the product,  Mind you, it cost me about as much as a year's subscription to Office would, and it came with one of those, so I guess the actual hardware was pretty much free, but still... I look forward to throwing it from a great height in the not-too-distant future.

There is no image posted, so we have no idea what page you are seeing or what it looks like.  Please provide instructions on how to get to that page so we can attempt it to see what is there.

You won't be able to do the Feature Upgrades because your PC has insufficient available disk space (NOT memory) to to the upgrades.  When these PCs were designed, HP did not know that, in future, MS would demand 20GB of free space to allow for Feature Upgrades.

Lets find out if there is a way to get the troubleshooters back before you give up on them.

Also, you might get better performance if you remove the crud that Windows Update leaves behind.
