Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h0000 (534C7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello.   My laptop will not download and install Windows update KB5033375.  It returns error code 0x80070002 or 0x80248007.  I've tried advice from these web sites but still no success.   Any ideas?

That is something to do with Microsoft, nothing to do with HP Hardware. Please try
