HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g113dx (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I received the dreaded restart notice for Windows updates. We have not been able to boot up the laptop since then. It is stuck on the blue screen of death. The first option that comes up makes me choose my keyboard layout. It then only gives me the options to Troubleshoot or Turn Off. When selecting Troubleshoot there are six options and the Reset my PC that the virtual assistant tells me to select is not one of them. I have tried the Startup Repair option but it is unsuccessful. The Unistall Updates does not work either. I don't know how to fix this??? Please help?!
