Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 15s-fq1081ur laptop. a month ago, windows updated bios to version F25, but the official BIOS version is available on the F21 website. How can I return to version F 21? And is it normal that windows updates the BIOS to one that is not on the support site?
