Hello. Today my laptop stopped booting to Windows. Automatic Repair keeps appearing, but I'm unable to start even in safe mode. I saw that the recovery partition is there, but when I try to boot to recovery (to reinstall everything) I get an error saying that my laptop can't be restored.
I know I can reinstall my laptop via a Win10 USB, but before I do that, is there any way I can create or make the recovery partition bootable on a USB or something like that?
I have tried everything with no luck. Any ideas would be really appreciated.
Best regards!

Hi,
You could also use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a USB drive with recovery image
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
You can also use the USB drive you create from Microsoft to try to fix the installation which you have at the moment.
You do not give the exact model or product number. You could also try performing diagnostics at boot and see if there are any hardware problems.
Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.
Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until startup menu appears.
Press F2 to enter diagnostics.
Try performing the system test and see if there are any failure ids.
Hope it helps,
David

Microsoft allows Windows users to create a Windows installation USB drive with the help of the Media Creation Tool. This installation media can be used to install, reinstall and repair Windows, or to upgrade to Windows 10 from previous versions. But, if the USB drive, created using Media Creation Tool, fails to boot a crashed/failed or non-bootable Windows 10 PC. You can apply different methods to fix this error such as changing boot priority and recreation of installation media.
Further, I suggest you to check the below link that will help you to create bootable recovery drive: https://www.stellarinfo.com/support/kb/index.php/article/recover-data-from-unbootable-system
Hope it will help.

Thanks @AndyStuart87 for you reply. In fact, I do have a Windows10 USB created and I can install without problem. My only concern is the recovery partition on the hard drive. I guess I'll have to reinstall without it. I'll let you know how it goes.
Best regards.
