@kimfuit, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 10 Not Starting:
Power Cycle the PC
- Turn off the computer and unplug it from the power source.
- If it’s a laptop, remove the battery (if possible).
- Press and hold the power button for 15–30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power source and try turning it on.
Check for External Devices
- Disconnect any USB devices, external drives, or peripherals.
- Try booting again to see if an external device was causing the issue.
Attempt Safe Mode
- Turn on the PC and force it to shut down when the Windows logo appears (repeat 3 times).
- On the fourth attempt, Windows should enter Automatic Repair mode.
- Go to Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart > Select Safe Mode.
Run Startup Repair
- In Advanced Options, choose Startup Repair and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check for Corrupt Boot Files
- In Advanced Options, select Command Prompt and type the following:
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd
- Restart the PC and check if Windows starts normally.
Perform a System Restore
- If a restore point is available, select System Restore from Advanced Options and follow the steps.
If none of these steps work, I’ll need your serial number to check further. Please send it in a private message.
