Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello I have tried to upgrade my Windows 10 home first to Windows 10 Pro. Downloads but will not install. Tried to use a usb with Windows 10 Pro. No good. Now Tring a fresh install windows 11 onto ssd 500 and tired legacy and uefi boot and still not getting anywhere?

Hi, have you tried making use of the HP Cloud Recovery Tool?
Try it out and see if it works for you.
