Winlogson using insane amount of GPU

Winlogson is taking an insane amount of my GPU (GTX 1650 Max-Q design) in the background. (Picture in attachment). Is there anything I can do?

Additional Problem:

After installing a new drive on my Notebook after an awful infinity boot problem, my Notebook didn't work the same as it used to have. Face recognition sometimes doesn't work, the Fingerprint Os doesn't work at all, and it does not have the same performance in general.

It's a Virus. Fixed via Anti malware program.
