I've followed all steps by clicking f8 and f11 but nothing changes. I've even removed the battery and all. I need help asap

You're operating under a misunderstanding.

 

NONE of the HP functions actually "wipe clean" the laptop.  At most, the Factory Reset only formats the hard drive -- and that only erases the file indexes.  In fact, all the files are still there after a Reset, they're just not seen by Windows.

 

To actually "wipe" a drive, you must use third-party software that does drive WIPES.
