Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an HP Desktop Package  from Costco complete with Monitor, Computer, Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. I was away for a couple weeks came back and the wireless keyboard no longer works. Mouse works great , replaced batterys in keyboard, several times, pushed reset button several times , restarted the computer several times. Keyboard still not working, tried several times to get help at HP  Support with no luck at all. Frustrated and very upset...       Foe serela years every computer has been HP and now all in the house Are HP, Desktop,   Laptop, Printer/ scanner I have to now question  the brand.

Have you tried to sync the Keyboard?

Have you tried to connect an external USB keyboard and check if that works.

Have you tried to connect the USB receiver to another computer and check if this wireless keyboard and mouse works.

 

You may follow the steps suggested in this support document for - HP PCs - Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Troubleshooting

Thanks for your reply: I have change d the batteries several times, also tested the batteries to make sure they were good. I have also connected the the to another computer with they same result mouse works  and keyboard does not.  I am not using a wired key board connnected to USB port on the HP Desk top...

This definitely looks like an issue with the keyboard. I would personally suggest you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
