The computer was stuck at the HP logo for a whole night after failing to update from WIP Dev version 21382 to 21390. Then I got into the Windows System Recovery menu. There was no reset option. I tried using CMD from advanced options, but SFC, DISM, and chkdsk aren't running. I had a System Restore Point created, but the tool in System Recovery's advanced options complains that I need to select a Windows OS which to recover. Automatic repair isn't working either. I tried using Windows Media Creation Tool. With my media I followed prompts and selected Partition 3. After stating that a reboot is necessary to complete creation, it reboots and returns back to the beginning of the tool. I went back into System Recovery mode and saw a new option in advanced options to switch OS-s. Inside, I saw the Windows instance I created using the installation media. On Partition 4 for some reason. When I switched to it, it gave an error. winload.efi either doesn't exist, or is corrupted it says. For all six Windows OS-s I created.

The Windows Insider program (which I have been a member of since nearly the first day) is very clear about NOT using an Insider build on any PC that you rely to use on a daily basis. The Insider versions are Beta at best and are known to have a history of bugs and crashes.
We do NOT provide support for Beta versions of Windows products here. For that support, you have to contact Microsoft.
