Won’t go past the dot loading screen

I really need help with my laptop. It won’t go past the loading dot screen and I don’t know why. I’ve tried everything I could possibly think of, but I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. Just the other day I reset my computer just to try to help the performance of it and then not too long after that it rebooted itself and now it’s stuck on the loading screen. Please and thank you!
