Suddenly win 10 stopped booting up. Have had help via microsoft who remotely reset win 10 several times, still not working. The last time they reset it they deleted my win 7 recovery so I can't do that now. No disks help please. PS I think! its a problem with the bios, at the end microsoft said hp doesn't support win 10? Its been running win 10 since the upgrade.

Hi
IF you have a sticker with the W7 number on it, record it, write it down, photogragh it, have it tattooed somewhere, whatever.
Then you download a W7 iso from Heidoc W7 if needed.
W10 from here...
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
W7 and W10 may reside on the same type of HDD format, or they may conflict.
Legacy/MBR - Secure/GPT (check the settings in the BIOS).
If you can gve the SKU: or full model number then maybe we can go further.
