Now, If you see my question at first glance, You might being thinking "of course", But "32 GB" USBs are more long the lines of 29 or 30 GB. From what I can tell, The exact reason for this ranges from brand to brand of USB, But I'm wondering using a "32 GB" USB would work or I should get a 64 GB one, Thank You.

Hi, @MK_Delta
The recovery image will be much less than 32 GB, but more than 16 GB, which is why HP specifies that you use a 32 GB flash drive.
For example: I made a recovery drive for my HP Envy 15-ee047nr notebook I received in July of 2020, with the cloud recovery tool.
I used a 32 GB USB flash drive as specified in the cloud recovery tool instructions.
The recovery drive creation process completed successfully, and the drive shows 17.6 GB free out of 29 GB.
So the recovery image is definitely not coming close to the 32 GB (29 GB net) drive size.

No you don't need 64GB. 32GB should be more than enough.
Regards.
