Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Whenever I log in to the HP support assistant installed in my system, why does it should HP PC 14 f1000 and a code in bracket in the topmost left corner. It should show 14s fq 1092 au as that is the model number. Please help I am confused if I have gotten the wrong laptop.

You have the right laptop.
The 14-F1000 (2L1B0AV) is the general model series of which your 14s-fq1092au notebook is a member of.
You can find your notebook's exact model number along with many others listed on the HP Part surfer website when you enter the 2L1B0AV product number.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
