@ZA_1, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like you're trying to get your HP Pavilion x360 (11-k152sa) working, but it's not booting Windows. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Perform a Hard Reset
A hard reset can sometimes clear up minor hardware glitches.
Power off the laptop.
Unplug the power adapter and remove any connected peripherals.
Hold down the power button for about 15-30 seconds.
Plug the power adapter back in and try turning it on.
Access BIOS/UEFI Settings
To check if the laptop can detect the internal storage (where Windows is installed):
Power on the laptop and immediately press the ESC key to enter the BIOS/UEFI menu.
In the BIOS, check if the hard drive is listed. If not, the drive may be disconnected or faulty.
Boot from a Recovery USB/Windows Installation Media
If the laptop’s hard drive is still detected, but Windows isn’t booting, you might need to repair the installation.
Create a Windows 10 Bootable USB using another computer. You can download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from the official Microsoft website.
Insert the USB into the HP Pavilion, and restart the laptop. Press ESC or F9 to open the boot menu.
Select the USB drive to boot from it.
Once Windows installation loads, choose the Repair Your Computer option instead of installing Windows.
Run Startup Repair
If Windows is partially booting but failing to load properly, try running a Startup Repair:
After booting from the USB, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair
Also, you may refer to this guide: HP PCs - Computer does not turn on, start, or boot | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
