Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

windows 10 is running multiple "XML Scan Engine" tasks. Using up CPU memory and slowing down my PC.  How do I fix this issue?

I end the tasks in Task Manager and my PC speeds up.

What is this task used for and can I delete or stop it from running?
