okay I have an HP Mini 110 okay serial number is [Personal Information Removed]k and the   OKAY model number 110 - 1020na okay now the problem is I turn the HP Mini on and it's a screen shows the HP okay it pulls up and shows HP and then it's got the f9 option or the f10 option one is reboot and the other one is for to take you where the I don't know system or not I don't know one is to reboot and the other one and I can't get past them okay I hit them I don't know what to do there I mean I have no idea but I cannot get past there it will not do nothing hey I need to know how I can reset it straight from there for the rest I don't know we'll do nothing nothing at all
