Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing the issue of "your pc ran into a problem", I can fix this on my own by going to advanced options >> command prompt, but it requires password of my pc. BUT my keyboard has another default language. How do I solve this???

HP Recommended

I guess that you need a US-Keyboard Layout. Y and Z are changed. If you have a second computer you can activate the monitor-keyboard for US and try. Google for Keyboard-LAYOUT  US or UK
