I have problem..my laptop request to put new password..i never pit before..i dont know password so they need old pw but i no.crete it..my laptop can't open

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with signing into your Laptop.

 

If there was no password set earlier, then keep the password windows blank and hit enter to login to your Laptop.

 

Then you can change the password or set new password by following the steps from this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.
