Hi uh so I basically I factory reset my computer and my it failed it says “ recovery your pc/device need to be repaired a required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed error code : 0xc000000f this happened a month ago [Personal Information Removed] if you guys help me it would much appreciated

I see that you are getting an error on your system while performing a factory reset. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
- May I know from when are you facing this issue?
- Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it apart from trying factory reset?
The most common reason for the 0xc000000f error is that BOOTMGR can't find the BCD file. It could be damaged or be missing due to a few causes, such as viruses, power outages, disk-write errors, or mistakes from users when manually adjusting BCD.
I would suggest you perform a complete Operating system reinstallation on your system using a 32GB USB drive. Here is a link that will help you: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04641788
