Product: HP ZBook 17 G6 Mobile Workstation

I have a ZBOOK 17 G6.  I swapped the FHD  Display for one with UHD and Touch.   The Touch is not working.  I have been told I need to change the "7Q" byte to "7R" in the Feature Bytes.   Can anyone tell me the best way to go about that or who could do that if I am not able to? Thank you.
