Product: HP ZBook 14u G6 Mobile Workstation

My HP Zbook 14u G6 will not power on. Connected with a cable or not, there is no power. This is not an issue with the cable as a different cable had the same results. I have tried doing a power reset but that causes the LED next to the port to blink orange 3 times and white 2 times, and not respond further. When just plugged in, the light is solid orange. There are no other signs of power. I have tried replacing the battery with another one from the exact same model but still an identical result.

 

Edit: I’ve tried using it without a battery and connected to AC power but this has the same result.
