I am using a Windows Deployment on Win Server 2016 as our imaging server with an efi boot file. The Driver packs have been injected. I have updated the bios from within the bios setup. Set network ipv4 boot first in the boot order. Set the factory defaults in the bios. Turned off fast boot, USB Storage, and ipv6 boot options. The pxe server is detected and initiated the boot file download through a NIC(not a type C and not via a docking station). And, to no avail does the unit turn off as soon as the boot file has loaded, before setting the operating system to be installed. Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I've also checked our SCCM server side logs for when we try to image this unit and give architecture 9 error which references the device needing ARM64 boot image. How could this be the case for a core i9 unit?

This forum only support HP consumer issues. For Server issues, you have to contact HP Enterprise -- a separate company with which we have no affiliation.
