Product: hp envy x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When switching on my laptop, a message appearing: "A disk read error occurred" and below saying: " Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart,

Then I'm trying to diagnostic the hard disk, then saying no hard drive installed. so what should I do?
