Product: hp envy photo 7855

My printer is not showing on my computer and when i try to add it it asks for a pin.  I have looked through all my paperwork and cannot find a pin.  The error message will not go away so i cant look on menu to see if there is a pin.

What is the Operating System installed on your computer?

How are you trying to connect the printer to the computer, USB/Wireless?
