Actually i got a laptop an year back. i got a geninue windows 10 disc and installed but now it is saying to activate my windows so i ordered a recovery disc and i got 4 disc's in it when i m inseting the disc and going to boot manager options also it is showing an error "BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND". so once can u please tell me the process to recover my laptop.It would be more helpful if u respond fast thanking u in advance

I understand that you are facing an issue with your computer stating Boot device not found.
Not to worry, I will be glad to help.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Request you boot the computer to BIOS by tapping F10 repeatedly on startup.
Reset the BIOS to defaults, save and exit BIOS.
If the issue persists, please refer to this HP Article for assistance.

Thanks for the reply, recommend you run an HDD test as mentioned in the article. If the test fails, you can reseat the HDD and run the test again. If the test fails again, please replace the HDD on your computer. If you need assistance in removing the HDD from the computer, request you to share the exact product number of your computer.
