accelerometerst.exe non trovato

dopo l'aggiornamento di windows 10 mi è comparso una finestra d'errore con scritto l'esecuzione del codice non può proseguire perchè accelerometerdll.DLL non è stato trovato. Per risolvere il problema, prova a reinstallare il programma 

Cosa devo fare?

Hi, @Luca94 :

Open the Windows Control Panel, select Programs and Features, right click the entry for the HP 3D DriveGuard, and select Uninstall.

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

When you are at the Windows desktop, download and install this version of HP 3D DriveGuard at the link below, and restart the PC.

Aprire il Pannello di controllo di Windows, selezionare Programmi e funzionalità, fare clic destro sulla voce di HP 3D DriveGuard e selezionare Disinstalla.
 
Una volta completata, riavviare il notebook.

Quando si è sul desktop di Windows, scaricare e installare questa versione di HP 3D DriveGuard al seguente link e riavviare il PC.

Hi Team,

I followed the instructions for solving the error "Accelerometerdll.DLL not found", but it still does not work...

I.e., I did the following:

1. Uninstalled from the Control Panel the program "HP 3D Driveguard"

2. Restarted the Laptop

3. Connected to http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

4. Download of the above .exe and run it

5. Apparently installation succesfull [actually I did not get a "succesfull installation" confirmation, but simply the "Next" button to click for the licensing and for the path to install/download the files]

6. When restarting the laptop, error message for DLL missing is still present.

Please let me know what I can do further or different.
