The problem is that the notebook was pre-installed Win10 but key is not provided. subsequently, Win 10 was upgraded to win 11 automatically. last one month it shows for activation.

pl provide solution.

If you ran the Showkey Plus report and it doesn't show a W10 OEM product key, then no one here would be able to help you with activating Windows.

All PC's that come with Windows preinstalled from the factory are supposed to have Windows OEM product keys encrypted in the BIOS.

You can use the W10 OEM key to activate W11 with.

If you have no product key then one of two things is wrong.

1.  Your notebook came with FreeDOS from HP and those do not have product keys in the BIOS.

2. If the HP product specs indicate your notebook came with W10, then someone at the assembly plant made a big mistake and installed a motherboard meant for FreeDOS PC's.

The reason Windows was activated is because HP uses an image with a preinstalled key and if you lose that image, then you lose the key.

That is why there is supposed to be an OEM key in the BIOS.
