actually
i have lost ports(com&lpt) driversw
i cant connect woth my zedbaord
i contacted support yesterday
they said to update windows through iso file
but it already failed 2 times
i dont know what to do now
i want my com3,com5,com7 ports
and also
i want my device to recognize cable
i.e , in universal serial bus controllers - it should show jtag

Use HP Support Assistant: This tool can help you update or reinstall missing drivers. You can launch HP Support Assistant from the Start Menu by clicking on All Apps and then selecting HP Help and Support followed by HP Support Assistant.
Check and Install Updates: Once launched, go to the "Updates" section and click on "Check for updates and messages." It will search for any available updates and install them automatically.
Run Device Manager: You can also use Device Manager to troubleshoot specific driver issues. Right-click on the Start Menu and select Device Manager. Find the "Ports (COM & LPT)" and "Universal Serial Bus controllers." Click "Update Driver Software" to automatically search for updates.
