Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I spoke to customer service after got a new wifi router. Everything was working. Today not. I had the instructions 

to get one of my two printers working (neither one works)  got hooked up to reuter.

Deleted printer and tried to add back. Says there was an error. Tried several times. Can't add it back to my system prefs. Tried calling. NO Answer. Obly a busy signal. My other printeri is 5530.  I know I am not up to date on IOS but I do not want to upgrade and it was working yesterday.
