hp g62 notebook pc
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

so, I have a hp g62 notebook pc wich is almost 8 years old. For some years noone used it, just a cuple of years later I re-used it. I thinking if I should get e new pc for my birthday but I'm not sure it would be necessary. there is a little heat issue but for avoid it I just keep it a little inclined. it takes a little of time to open software like illustrator and photoshop but not too bad. and it got completly stuck a couple of times but it was after like 6 hours on a heavy project for like 6 hours non-stop.

what I'm scared is that, because of his ages it will not last a lot, like just a year or 2 and than die.

so what do you think? It will last for more then a couple of years? or will it probably die? Or can I make it last longer just changing a couple of things? I've alreeady bought a battery

If you really want to upgrade I can suggest to replace your hard drive to SSD. Please believe that laptop lifetime now a days is very poor and you will not get the same level satisfaction with your old one.
