Product: OMEN Transcend 14 inch Gaming Laptop PC 14-fb0000 (8U970AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Good afternoon,
a week ago I purchased the laptop OMEN 14-fb0004ny (A14V6EA). Everything was fine until the BIOS updated to F.08. After the update, the fans started running constantly, even when all windows and programs are closed. The noise is so loud that it even interferes with watching TV. What should I do? Should I roll back the BIOS or wait for another update? It's terrible to buy an expensive computer and not be able to use it. Please help.
Thank you in advance.
P.S. Yesterday, the computer also displayed a blue screen of death. A copy is attached below.
