well my laptop was working slowly so i decided to reset it (but i chose the option to keep my files) well it counted the percentages until 74% that took 3 hours to i decided to unplug it. so after i opened it again it showed that i must continue with windows 10 volume 3 which i chose & it kept on restarting and goes back to this page so i decided to choose other options for troubleshooting (starting on a safe mode , restarting the windows, system restore, start up settings & unistalling latest feature) i tried these one by one they took me to a page where im supposed to choose my account which i did & it required password but when i'm entering my password it says incorrect password but i'm sure this is the password i used before it started acting up
